About the Calendar
The Central Furry Calendar seeks to organize all the furmeets in Florida all in one place, serving as a one-stop resource to find furry events all over the state. You won't need to scour the internet and group chats to find events in the area, or keep track of posts from individual meets to know times and locations. The Central Furry Calendar is intended to make attending and planning for furry events easy!
The goal of our calendar is to engage furries in Florida with both their local communities and the wider community of the state. But that would not be possible without the work of the hosts and organizers of the furmeets, who set up these events on the calendar in the first place.
We are interested in bringing forward not only well-established furry groups, but small local meets, and even up-and-comers with a solid plan and hosts with a strong commitment. What they all have in common is a shared goal of bringing together members of the furry community to have fun, socialize, and make enduring friendships.
Each furmeet on the calendar is run by its own furmeet organizer(s). Furmeet organizers are responsible for the managing, operating, and ensuring the safety of attendees at their own furmeet events. Any questions, complaints, or issues relevant to that furmeet should be directed to the respective organizers. The administration of Central Furry Calendar are in no way associated with the operations of any furmeets.

Events are tagged for age restrictions, entry fees and RSVP requirements, so there are no surprises when you turn up.
Reviewed and verified
Furmeet organizers submit their own events, but CFC staff verify each event for accuracy before it reaches the public calendar.

Subscribe once and meets appear in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, updating automatically as schedules change.

I founded Central Furry Calendar, which first started as an announcement channel on Telegram. Before this, I served as the President of Knights of the Paw at UCF. I also have led and assisted various furry meets throughout Central Florida. The idea for CFC came about because I felt that finding furmeets in the area was difficult, which made it hard for people who weren't already acquainted with the community to become involved. I'm excited to see how far the calendar has grown and am anticipating how much further it will help the community.

I'm Mirage - and I've been a long standing member in the furry fandom. I was an original co-founder of Anthrochat, and I've staffed several conventions. After founding my local furmeet at my university, I worked with other regional leaders to pull together fur groups at a state level. I founded Florida Comic Con Furs (since stepped down) and Orlando Furmers' Markets, because I believe in furry third spaces! Outside of the fandom I work and volunteer in leftist politics and am very active in the local community!
